Hello & Welcome!
To be completely honest I never really knew what I wanted to do with my life.
I went to school for business because I figured that's the foundation of every opportunity and hoped it would give me the best variety of options.
I love dogs, I’m always up for a challenge, love to be outdoors, garden and organize but business is always running in the back of my mind. I saw the freedom my Granny had with developing rental property so later she could live without struggling week to week and enjoying retirement to be there for her family. I have known I did not want to live a mediocre life and have been on a journey to create that Free, Joyous, Happy Life for myself and my family ever since.
My friend once called me a "Jill of All Trades" I thought that was quite fitting:
1. because I like to fix things & help people fix things!
2. My Dad and Brother are "Jack of all Trades"
I love the challenge of learning something new and doing it well! When it comes to traditional jobs though, being stuck in a building 40 hours a week, that just isn't for me.
Along the way, I heard someone say, "If you’re good at everything you can't be Great at Anything." I'm not sure if that's true, but it really made me wonder.
I never expected to find myself teaching or in the Health and Fitness industry but for the past 10 years this has been where I have found purpose, fulfillment and why I am here. Online. Helping people all over US, Canada, & the UK find themselves... find their purpose... through fitness, nutrition, and personal development.
It's crazy because I Never thought I would be the “Fit Girl” because I wasn’t into the whole "Healthy Lifestyle" or Sports or anything like that growing up!
One day it all just started changing and it continued by self education. I don't consider myself the expert on anything I teach, I just have my way of teaching the things I have needed to learn the most over the years.
The truth is I am in still the trenches and have always struggled with my weight due to my love of tasty food & Beer (lol just being honest)!
Along the way I have found that choosing to focus directly on what you can control in life and not stressing about the things you cannot control will release your mind from feeling like the world is on your shoulders!
Doing your daily key activities such as your morning/night routines, focusing on nutrition, movement, & over all Wellness are the path to find that awesome joyous life! This is how the development of the Balanced Life Blueprint became for myself and now I want to help you find that balance in your life as well!
I am here to teach you all the things I have learned over the past 10 years I have been on my journey to help give you the short cut so you can reach your goals easier and faster!
