We all have the same amount of time in our day.... Its simply the small slight edge choices we make each day that lead some to be successful or not so successful.

Plan your meals for the next 5-7 days & begin prepping your next meal Now!
Make a commitment to yourself and tell those closest to you what your doing and why! This will help hold you accountable to making these changes.

Making the commitment in your mind first is the only way you will start to see things change in your life for the better. Put away self limiting beliefs and negative thoughts. It's time to make a change! Tell people you are making this change to make the goal more real and give yourself deadlines so you can reward yourself for achieving them along the way!
