Eat More real FOOD- Fruit & veggies, Organics (Especially Lean Protein, Corn, Soy, celery, & apples) Omega 3 Fatty Acids, and Drink more WATER! (Your Body needs half its bodyweight in ounces daily!)

Portion Control is Very Imporant when it comes to meal planning, don't just wing it here. You can over do healthy servings also. Here is the guide to proper portion sizes based on the color coded meal planning templete I used above.
