This is one of my new most favorite Delicious veggie recipes!
You can throw in some Brussels sprouts & use the same seasoning, I honestly have never liked Brussels sprouts until finding this method of cooking them so please try it if you are looking for a new way to get more vegetables in your diet!
Smoky Cauliflower Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
1-2 Heads of Cauliflower
3 tbsp EVOOil or coconut oil
2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 425'
1. Line pan with foil (optional) I choose to spray a coconut oil spray, preferably with no propellants.
2. Trim stem of cauliflower so it will sit up right.
- Cut straight down the middle the 3/4 inch each side to create a thick "Steak"
3. In small bowl, mix the rest of ingredients together and brush over each side and bake 10 minutes (Flip and stir if you add brussel sprouts or the extra cauliflower pieces) and bake another 10 minutes!
Enjoy!
*You can save the extra pieces of cauliflower to use in a stir fry, salads, put in food processor and make cauliflower rice or crust!
